Instructions
Within 30 days of date of purchase, return manufacturer defective
product in its original packaging, with all accessories, and original
sales receipt (keep copy for your records) to: EnviroAir,

warranties its product to be free from manufacturer defects. This is
the sole warranty made and there are no other warranties, implied or
otherwise.
EnviroAir, LLC reserves the right to
exchange, repair, replace with a comparable color/style, or issue a
refund for any product deemed to be manufacturer defective; returns
submitted that are not manufacturer defective, or that are incomplete,
will be returned to sender/submitter postage due or freight collect.
Returned product must be complete with
all components, original printed inserts and packaging; unworn (except
for having been tried on), and in resalable condition. We will under no
circumstances, accept a return of incomplete product, or accept product
with damage or obvious signs of wear and tear, use or misuse. Returns
that are not in resalable condition will be returned to
sender/submitter postage due or freight collect. For health reasons, we
cannot offer refunds on items that have been worn (other than having
been tried on). (Note: Many manufacturers of intimate wear/medical
apparel have similar policies regarding the returns of worn product.)
Shipping costs are not refundable. That
means cost of shipping the original item TO you, and your cost of
shipping the return BACK to us is NOT REFUNDABLE. It is YOUR
responsibility to insure the item arrives SAFELY and INTACT. INSURE
YOUR RETURN.
All returns submitted to EnviroAir, LLC
must be sent in a “trackable/traceable” manner;
meaning that the return must be sent in such a manner that the
sender/submitter will receive a proof of shipment/delivery that shows a
shipment tracking/tracing number. EnviroAir, LLC will not assume any
responsibility for issuing a refund for any returns sent via regular
U.S. Mail that we have no record of having received since the shipment
cannot be tracked and there is no proof of shipment/delivery.
